Resolves YES if an official company announcement or OpenRouter attribution identifies a China-headquartered AI lab as the primary developer or operator of stealth/ox-alpha by September 30, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. A relaunch under that lab's own brand counts. Model self-identification, tokenizer fingerprinting, benchmarks, and third-party speculation alone do not count.
