Ambitious Social is a free social network for ambitious people. Members share wins, dreams, asks, and hangouts, build posting streaks, vote on community predictions, and message each other. By creating an account or using the service on the web or in our iOS app, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You own what you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the service — including in feeds, search, link previews, and public pages — so the product can work. You can delete your content or your account at any time; deleting your account removes your profile and content from the service.
Be someone worth following. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or deceptive; don't impersonate others; don't spam, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to break or circumvent our systems (including rate limits and review processes). We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or put the community at risk.
Advertising on Ambitious is governed by the separate Advertising Policy, which controls for anything ad-related.
We ship fast and things occasionally break. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (for most members: zero). We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
You can stop using Ambitious at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licenses for the period content was live, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive.
